Petra Kováčová

I graduated with an MBA degree in trade and management and have been involved in the HR filed since 2002. Over the next 4 years I have held the position of Recruitment Specialist and Account Manager in a personnel agency in Canada, specializing in the logistics and manufactoring sectors. I am fluent in English and able to speak German and French at a conversational level. 

Since September 2006 I have been holding the position of a Senior Consultant for manufacturing and logistics clients. My areas of expertise are as follows: 

• Green-field projects for manufacturing companies setting up factories in Slovakia
• Projects building management teams for non-manufacturing clients – sales, marketing, human resources
• Recruitment projects of specialists and managers for manufacturing and logistics clients

• HR consultancy

Presently I am a Partner at SYNERGIE and a guarantor of quality service for clients in production, logistics, human resources, and administration.
