What is Temporary staffing?
Temporary stuffing (temporary allocation of employees) is a modern, flexible form of employment whereby the employee is de jure an employee of a recruitment agency, but de facto works for a client of the agency. The legal relationship commences by the signing of the employment contract between the employee and the recruitment agency.
