SYNERGIE Slovakia welcomes 3 new Partners, well accomplished professionals. Effective July 2nd 2010 Martina Klubicová, Petra Kováčová and Martin Huba, officially became shareholders of Slovak branch of international HR services leader SYNERGIE.
After the acquisition of the OLYMPIA EMPLEO network in Spain in December 2009 (turnover €35 million), SYNERGIE has taken control over the company OLYMPIA TT Portugal http://www.olympia.pt/ with its turnover of nearly €5 million, thereby strengthening its presence in this country where business is growing strongly (+42% in the first four months of 2010).
From 1. March 2010 on we will gladly welcome you in our new premises on Francisciho street 4 in Bratislava. Our official seating and billing address have also been changed to this location.
The SYNERGIE Group's total revenue came to € 945 million in 2009 (-21.3% comapred to 2008), with the trend showing a clear improvement in 4th quarter, where the change was only -5.9% over the period for the consolidated total.
SYNERGIE GROUP made this January 2010 the acquisition of the Spanish company OLYMPIA EMPLEO ETT, www.grupoolympia.es, which achieved sales of almost 35 million euros in 2009.
For Synergie, financial 2006 was a particularly dynamic year, with nearly 15 % growth in sales revenue, which enabled it to pass the threshold of Euro 1 BN sales revenue.
