SYNERGIE Group acquires Spanish staffing agency Olympia Empleo ETT

SYNERGIE GROUP made this January 2010 the acquisition of the Spanish company OLYMPIA EMPLEO ETT, www.grupoolympia.es, which achieved sales of almost 35 million euros in 2009.

This acquisition significantly increases SYNERGIE’s presence in Spain, expanding the network up to 30 branches. Sales are expected to triple to 70 million euros in 2010. OLYMPIA EMPLEO ETT has a strong presence in Galicia, Catalonia and Andalusia and specializes in service industry and call centres. This transaction is part of SYNERGIE’s European development strategy aimed at confirming its position as a leading company in Global Human Resources Management.
