Temporary Staffing Processes

Temporary staffing brings together 3 parties:
  1. Recruitment Agency that finds a suitable candidate for the sourced position and enters employment agreement with him/her.
  2. The employer beneficiary, in effect the client of the recruitment agency for whom the employee performs work.
  3. Temporarily assigned employee who enters into contract with a recruitment agency for the purpose of temporary assignment with the employer beneficiary.

1 Recruitment of the suitable candidate

There are three ways to be included in the selection process:
  • By responding to an employment position and sending us your CV
  • By direct contact by SYNERGIE consultants provided your CV is already in our database
  • The recruitment process is managed by the employer beneficiary
For junior positions the recruitment process usually includes 2-3 rounds of interviews – the first one of which is with a recruitment agency. This interview can take the form of assessment center. In case your employment profile meets our client’s requirements, you will be invited for a second round of interviews.

For senior positions, several rounds of interviews are the norm, alternatively additional assessment methods are added (assessment of skills; psycho-diagnostics).

2 The Employment Contract

As you successfully complete the recruitment process and accept the job offer, along with all the conditions of temporary assignment, SYNERGIE will prepare a draft of your contract. The employment contract is generally for a specific period – bounded by the length of temporary assignment with our client.

With the signing of the employment contract, you become a member of SYNERGIE Slovakia team. We will do our utmost to ensure that your new job meets your expectations.

3 Working for the employer beneficiary

  • Before starting employment, SYNERGIE will arrange occupational safety training.
  • You will also receive all tools you will need on the job – mobile phone, laptop, a car, if applicable.
  • You will be briefed on safety rules and standards at the employer.
  • You will attend all the trainings necessary for your position.
  • Our personnel leasing coordinators are available for you in case of any issues that may arise.

4 Monthly reporting

  • For the purposes of processing of your monthly salary, it is necessary that by the 1st day of each month, SYNERGIE receives all attendance record (as agreed at the contract signing) .
  • SYNERGIE services are free of charge; all costs associated with personnel leasing are covered by the employer beneficiary.

5 Problems and solutions

  • In case of absence from work, you should immediately inform your assigned SYNERGIE coordinator.
  • Please note that the documentation on temporary absence is to be issued for SYNERGIE, not the employer where the work is performed.
  • Should the employer beneficiary send you on a business trip, inform SYNERGIE at least 5 business days before the departure.
In case of any additional questions, do not hesitate to turn to SYNERGIE coordinator.
