Temporary Staffing

What is temporary staffing?

Temporary staffing, or temporary sourcing, is a modern and flexible form of employment. A recruitment agency finds a suitable candidate who signs a contract with the recruitment agency, officially becoming its employee. The personnel agency subsequently provides this employee to a client (a company) that enters into a contract with the recruitment agency.

Contractual relations

Personnel leasing brings together three parties:
  1. Recruitment Agency that finds a suitable candidate for the sourced position and enters into a contract with him/her.
  2. The employer beneficiary, in effect the client of the recruitment agency for whom the employee performs work
  3. Temporarily assigned employee who signs a contract with a recruitment agency for the purpose of temporary assignment with the employer beneficiary.
The relationship between the recruitment agency and the client:
  • Through Framework Agreement on temporary assignment of employees - defines the general conditions, rights and obligations of the parties and duration of the agreement.
