What is temporary staffing?
Temporary staffing, or temporary sourcing, is a modern and flexible form of employment. A recruitment agency finds a suitable candidate who signs a contract with the recruitment agency, officially becoming its employee. The personnel agency subsequently provides this employee to a client (a company) that enters into a contract with the recruitment agency.
Types of services
1 Outsourcing / Employment through Agency
Assignment of an employee to a client for a specified time period and position.

2 Try & Hire
Try & Hire is a combination of outsourcing and permanent employment. During the pre-defined period, the employee has contractual relations with the recruitment agency. After this period the employee will be allowed to enter into a contract with the client, if such a request is made.

Contractual relations
Personnel leasing brings together three parties:
- Recruitment Agency that finds a suitable candidate for the sourced position and enters into a contract with him/her.
- The employer beneficiary, in effect the client of the recruitment agency for whom the employee performs work
- Temporarily assigned employee who signs a contract with a recruitment agency for the purpose of temporary assignment with the employer beneficiary.
The relationship between the recruitment agency and the client:
- Through Framework Agreement on temporary assignment of employees - defines the general conditions, rights and obligations of the parties and duration of the agreement.
- Individual employee agreement on the temporary assignment - defines the employment and wage conditions of employees under the staff leasing model.
The relationship between the recruitment agency and the employee:
- Employment contract – containing the description of work, duration of employment, workplace conditions, and the scope of responsibilities
- Agreement on temporary assignment of an employee to perform work for a third party - defines the initial start, duration and conditions of temporary employment, reasons for termination of the assignment by the employee, as well as the employer
