Assembling a team for a call center - back office staff

(Starting a call center in Slovakia for a foreign financial institution) 

The Task

To source a 10 member the team for the company’s headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia 

The Selection Criteria

  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The SYNERGIE Solution 

For the project, we used advertising and our extensive database of references, which we combined with the following methods: 

  • Identification of candidates in the local market,
  • Personal interviews using behavioral techniques, including telephone conversation simulations,

The Result

SYNERGIE has successfully staffed a call center back office team. Many members were also actively involved in the team’s expansion.
