The usual period for a replacement candidate is about a month; in more involved cases it is based on agreement with the client.
The Executive Search service is always tailor-made to fit the requirements of the client. The same applies to fees. It differs from the standard recruitment procedure in that the client is asked to pre-pay a portion of the total cost. The overall price is commensurate with the challenge of finding a candidate for the position.

Thus, the length of the contract is subject to mutual contractual agreement, as is the scope of the recruitment project (recruitment of entire teams, start-up projects, etc.).
