Just a CV is often not enough
Before you send in your CV, we suggest you browse the most recent job offerings (link) and try to shortlist those positions you like the best. This will help us in the process of assessing your employment profile. In case you do not find any offers that interest you, please send as a brief description of your ideal job – see Letter of Motivation.
We do our best to reply to all queries
AT SYNERGIE we value all our candidates and do our utmost to analyze and respond to each inquiry, even if the reply is negative.
A standardized template reply?
In case of great demand for a given position, we may resort to using a template response asking our clients for patience as it may take some time to go through all submitted profiles – this can take up to two weeks at the most. If your profile matches the requirements of our client, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss further steps.
A negative response is about the position, not your person
Even a negative reply to your job query can help you move forward. It is our aim to provide to our applicants feedback detailing why they were not selected. Language skills, the scope of experience, the nature of the job – all may look somewhat insignificant on the CV; in fact each in its own right can be quite important. For example if the job description calls for a daily communication with an English speaking team or client, the “intermediate level” listed in the CV may be the reason why the applicant was passed over – even though all the other criteria were met.
