Do you speak fluent English combined with Danish or Dutch?
Do you have experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC)?

In our SSC, we aim to enhance operational efficiency by providing support to multiple departments.
We are looking for new colleagues with fluent Danish or Dutch to help US grow.

• Entering orders into our internal systems
• Regular communication and cooperation with teams within the SSC department
• Reporting according to company requirements
• Daily phone calls in Danish or Dutch with customers and coworkers from the branches abroad
• Participate in improving our processes

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• Dutch or Danish - you will have daily contact with native speakers
• Good level of English - company language, preferred at B2 / C1
• Experience with customer service in SSC is a must
• Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail
